What skin types are AquaDERMIS products suitable for? Plus

All AquaDERMIS formulas are designed to be universally gentle - suitable for sensitive, oily, dry, combination, or acne-prone skin. Our base ingredient, hypochlorous acid (HOCl), mimics a molecule naturally found in the body and works with your skin, not against it. Whether your skin needs soothing, rebalancing, or daily hydration, AquaDERMIS adapts to support your skin barrier without clogging pores or triggering irritation.

Are AquaDERMIS products vegan and cruelty-free? Plus

Yes! AquaDERMIS is 100% vegan and never tested on animals. From ingredients to packaging, our development process follows strict cruelty-free and ethical standards.

Are AquaDERMIS products dermatologist-tested? Plus

Yes. All AquaDERMIS products are dermatologist-tested in Europe to ensure they are safe, non-irritating, and gentle for daily use - even on the most sensitive skin.

Can I use AquaDERMIS with my other skincare products? Plus

Absolutely. Our mists are lightweight and fast-absorbing, so they layer well under serums, moisturizers, and sunscreens - without disrupting your skincare routine.

Do AquaDERMIS products expire? Plus

Yes. Each bottle includes an expiration date. For best results, use within 6–12 months after opening.

Is AquaDERMIS safe for kids or babies? Plus

We offer a special formula - AquaDERMIS Kids & Babies - made for delicate young skin. It’s fragrance-free, non-toxic, and free from alcohol or harsh additives.

USING AQUADERMIS
HOW SHOULD I USE AQUADERMIS PRODUCTS FOR BEST RESULTS? Plus

For optimal results, spray AquaDERMIS directly onto clean skin and let it air dry. Use it 1–3 times daily depending on your skin’s needs. It can be used before moisturizing, after cleansing, or to refresh throughout the day.

CAN I USE AQUADERMIS ON WOUNDS, CUTS, OR BURNS? Plus

Yes! AquaDERMIS is safe and effective for minor wounds, cuts, burns, and skin irritations. Its HOCl-based formula helps disinfect, soothe, and speed up recovery without stinging or irritation.

IS AQUADERMIS SAFE FOR USE AROUND THE EYES? Plus

Absolutely. AquaDERMIS is gentle enough to be used around the eye area, including on eyelids and lashes. Just avoid direct contact with eyes and always apply with clean hands or cotton pads.

CAN AQUADERMIS BE USED AFTER COSMETIC TREATMENTS (PEELS, LASERS, ETC.)? Plus

Yes, AquaDERMIS is often recommended post-treatment. Its soothing, non-irritating formula supports skin barrier recovery, reduces redness, and promotes faster healing. Always follow your practitioner’s instructions.

HOW LONG WILL ONE BOTTLE LAST? Plus

That depends on how often you use it. With daily use (1–2 times per day), our standard 8.45 oz bottle typically lasts about 4–6 weeks.

SHIPPING & ORDERS
Where does AquaDERMIS ship? Plus

We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does shipping take? Plus

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Economy delivery takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How can I track my order? Plus

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Plus

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it - we’ll do our best to help.

What if my order arrives damaged? Plus

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition — and
we’re here to fix that.

If your product is damaged, broken, or leaking
upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
at support@aqua-dermis.com

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please
include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The corrected shipping address
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
    and its packaging

Once we review the case, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the severity of the damage and product availability. Your satisfaction and safety matter most to us.

 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Plus

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, don’t worry — it
happens! Just contact us as soon as possible at support@aqua-dermis.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The corrected shipping address

If your order hasn’t shipped yet,
we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our warehouse. 

However, if the order has already shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.

In that case, we recommend checking with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) to see
if they offer rerouting or package intercept services.

 What is your return policy? Plus

We hope you love AquaDERMIS as much as we do — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only for purchases from aqua-dermis.com.
