U.S. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

Economy ShippingFREE on orders $50+ (5–8 business days)

Economy Shipping – $4.90 for orders 0–5 lb (5–8 business days)

Standard Shipping – $6.90 for orders 0–1 lb (3–4 business days)

Standard Shipping – $9.90 for orders 1–5 lb (3–4 business days)

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your package ships. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.

Carriers: Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express. Carrier selection is determined at checkout based on rates and delivery timeframes.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

  • P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders may take longer to arrive.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love AquaDERMIS as much as we do — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We accept returns for products purchased only from aqua-dermis.com. Purchases made through other retailers must be returned directly to them.

  • Final Sale: Gift cards, promotional items, trial-size products, and discounted items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

  • Gift Returns: If you received AquaDERMIS as a gift, please provide proof of purchase (order number or sender’s name/email). Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Process:

  1. Email support@aqua-dermis.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing.

  3. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@aqua-dermis.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel or change your one-time purchase before your order has been fulfilled. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • For subscription orders, you may pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account page. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

  • If you cancel after your order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will apply to the next scheduled order.

  • AquaDERMIS reserves the right to modify or update subscription terms, but you will always be notified in advance.
