These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website, including any content, functionality, and Products offered through it. By visiting or purchasing from the Site, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update or modify these Terms AT ANY TIME AND AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE AFTER ANY CHANGES MEANS YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION; ELIGIBILITY

To purchase Products from the Site, you may be required to provide a valid email address or mobile phone number. For certain features, you may be asked to log in via a secure link or code sent to your email or phone. NO PERMANENT PASSWORD IS REQUIRED for account access.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. STANDARD DELIVERY IS 5–8 BUSINESS DAYS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Full shipping details are provided on our Shipping & Returns page.

TAXES

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Florida. The amount shown at checkout may be adjusted based on applicable tax laws.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Returned items must be UNUSED AND UNOPENED to qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. SECURITY RULES

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. YOU MAY NOT ATTEMPT TO:

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

These Terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the STATE OF FLORIDA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute will be resolved EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR JURY TRIALS.

9. GENERAL

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AquaDERMIS. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
