U.S. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

Economy Shipping – FREE on orders $50+ (3–4 business days)

Economy Shipping – $5.90 for orders 0–5 lb (3–4 business days)

Express Shipping – $9.90 for orders 0–5 lb (1–2 business days)

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your package ships. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.

Carriers: Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express. Carrier selection is determined at checkout based on rates and delivery timeframes.

Important Notes:

• We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

• P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders may take longer to arrive.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@aqua-dermis.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
